1. Orders and Payment
All orders will be processed only after full payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious transactions.
2. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery timelines depend on the courier company and delivery location. We are not responsible for courier delays or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
3. Returns and Replacement
Wholesale orders are generally not eligible for return or refund. Replacement will only be provided if the wrong product is delivered or the product is received damaged. Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video as proof.
